Yellow stones
Pushparaga in Sinhala, running from pale yellow to a deep saffron. Yellow sapphire is one of the few corundum colours Sri Lanka produces in quantity without heat, which matters more here than it does in most colours.
What counts as yellow: Yellow dominant, from greenish yellow to orangy yellow. A stone that changes colour is listed under both of its faces, so it appears here if it reads yellow in either light.
